pinkytheent A fascinating brew of heavy, funeral, emotive doom and desolate experimentation that really keeps things fresh. Tones are colossal and bereft, drums sound great, and this whole work is just very thoughtful, from the note choices to the chilling spoken words and mantric samples. The cover art was a perfect choice. Truly idiosyncratic, clearly the product of one person's subtle inner landscape that they wanted to communicate; the source of the best music! AND WEIRD Favorite track: A Heavy Heart.

Bertrand Marchal It's stomping, it raises the fist and sheds a tear. It's the first OW album I entirely like. Because of the classic Doom riffs, of the noble air of the whole. They've kept the most funerary leanings of all The Reverend Bizarre's body of work and on top of it, they infused it with bits of old-school DIY Funeral Doom - with all the experimental, unadorned sides of it- what gives the whole a very tasteful, odd and anachronic vibe I love.
